By accessing or using AsyncMGMT (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AsyncMGMT is a client-side toolkit offering the AnMCT Protocol encryption tool, the Meeting Ticker, and the Code Arcade. All processing happens in your browser. No accounts, no servers, no databases.

3. AnMCT Protocol — Intellectual Property

The AnMCT Protocol™ (also referred to as AnMCT Encryption System) — its specification, methodology, and logic sequence — is an original cipher framework invented by the creator of AsyncMGMT. © 2026 AsyncMGMT. All rights reserved. You may use the tool freely for personal and commercial messages, but the framework name, design, and methodology remain the property of AsyncMGMT.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AnMCT is offered as a creative client-side cipher and is not intended for high-stakes security applications. Do not rely on it as a substitute for vetted, audited cryptography.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt the Service for other users.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AsyncMGMT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
